  • Cooking oil
  • Dhania
  • Wheat flour (some use green grams flour)
  • Onions
  • Food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your raw potatoes

    Wash and boil them.

    Cut them into small pieces.

    Chop the onions and dhania.

    Put the onions and dhania in in a bowl containing coloured wheat flour.

    Drop in the chopped potatoes.

    Deep fry.

    Your bhajia ready.NB (Bhajia can be made with very many spices.)
