Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cupsBoiled black beans
  • Oil according to preference
  • 1onion
  • 1tomatoe
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspAny spice of your choice i used ginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice and fry onions till soft

  2. 2

    Add black beans and cook till it starts to stick on the pan

  3. 3

    Lower the heat and add diced tomatoes cover the pan and allow the tomatoes to cook you can add a little water at this point a very small amt

  4. 4

    Stir add ginger and salt as you stir

  5. 5

    Serve hot
