Blend tomatoes, peppers, garlic and onions.

Gently heat up vegetable oil and pour in blended tomato and pepper mix. Season with knorr cubes, thyme,curry and salt. You can also add dry fish at this point if desired. Fry sauce until dry.

Pour in coconut milk into tomato/pepper sauce and bring to boil.

Pour in the macaroni and stir. Cook till tender.

Serve with a side of vegetables / coleslaw and peppered goat meat.
