Steps

Clean your rice.

Soak for 30 mins. Then bring it to boil.

Once ready, fry some vegetables of your choice. I fried them separately.

Fry onions, carrots n green peas, courgettes chopped into small dices/cubes. Add some salt n mix well.Can add others your choice.

Add your vegetables to your already boiled rice. Can add some butter/ Margarine (optional). Mix well.

Cover your rice for 3 mins, cooking on low heat then remove it from heat.

Serve when ready and Enjoy.
