Ingredients

4 people
  1. 8 slicesbread
  2. 3 tablespooncheese spread
  3. 3 tablespoongreen chutney
  4. 3 tablespoonred pasta sauce
  5. For Green chutney
  6. 4-5green chillies
  7. Few strands of coriander leaves
  8. 3-4garlic cloves
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Few drops lemon
  11. ForRed garlic sauce
  12. 1 cuptomato puree
  13. 1 teaspoonoregano
  14. 3-4 clovesgarlic chopped
  15. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  16. 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  17. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  18. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the brown side of the bread slices. Now flatten the breads with a rolling pin.

  2. 2

    Take one slice and spread red sauce on it. Put another slice on top of it and spread cheese spread on it. Put another slice over it and spread green chutney on it. Cover it with another slice.

  3. 3

    Now carefully roll the stack of slices in a cylindrical shape. Keep it in fridge to cool and set.

    Now cut the sandwiches like swiss roll.

  5. 5

    Your pinwheel sandwiches are ready to rock any party or your tea time.

    For red garlic sauce:

    Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and sauté it for few minutes. Add tomato puree. Add black pepper, oregano, red chilli flakes, tomato sauce and salt. Let it simmer for few minutes.sauce is ready.

  8. 8

    For green chutney:Blend well all the ingredients mentioned for green chutney add salt and lemon juice and it's ready.
