Sieve the flour (both all purpose and whole meal) and ginger in a bowl. Add in the salt, sugar and yeast

Rub in the margarine till it forms crumbs

Add in the eggs on by one and mix

Add in the raisins. Then knead with warm milk to form a soft dough

Throughly knead the dough then place it in a warm place to proof for 1 hr

After 1 hr knead it again and proof for 35 mins

Grease the loaf tins. Knead the dough and place it in the tins. Proof again for 15 mins

Apply egg white and bake at 170° C for 45 mins
- 9
Remove from oven let it cool on a rack. Enjoy
