In a bowl crack the eggs then add in the milk and vegetable oil. Mix them well using a whisk.

In a separate bowl seive in all the dry ingredients.

Now pour the wet ingredients in the bowl with dry ingredients and mix together everything gently.

In a greased baking tin pour in the mixture and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out dry.

Remove the cake from the tin gently and set it a side to cool.

Enjoy with juice or tea.
