Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 sprigrosemary
  • Foil
  • Sunflower oil drizzle
  • Salt and pepper to taste (generous)

Steps

  1. 1

    On a large piece if foil place the lamb and add the salt and pepper and rosemary

  2. 2

    Drizzile oil and wrap tightly,cook in medium heat for 3-4 hours.

  3. 3

    Unwrap and tear away with your hands
