Ingredients

  • 1Garlic
  • 1Onion
  • 2Grated tomatoes
  • 3 Tbscooking cream
  • Spices of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion and garlic till brown add the tomatoes

  2. 2

    Cook till tender add the cream and spices cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Blend in a blender

  4. 4

    Reheat in a saucepan and check season
