1onion paste
1 tspginger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1tomato chopped
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Fry the fish with salt and turmeric powder
2

Add cumin seed bay leaf and crackle
3

Add ginger garlic paste saute well
4

Add onion paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
5

Add red chilli Powder and tomato chopped
6

As oil starts releasing add fish and simmer
7

Add sugar and garam masala powder
