Very quick and tasty way to cook seasonal pumpkins from #seasonsupply

Wash the pumpkins, remove stems and slice into wedges along with the pepper. Dice the onion and garlic.

Place in a large baking tray with the tomatoes, seasoning and harissa paste. Add chicken and mix to coat all the ingredients

Bake in the oven at 180-200c for 20mins or until the chicken juices run clear.
