First cut chap into round pieces.

Curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt in a mixing bowl and mix it well

Add chap pieces and mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

After 25 minutes shallow fry the chap and keep aside

Heat oil /butter in a wok add whole garam masala till roast give a aroma in oil add onion paste and saute

When onion change in colour add tomato puree and cashew paste and salt,saute till leave the oil

Now add all spices and again saute for 2 minutes

Add cream and Little water and boiled for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add fried chap and cook for 10 minutes.
