Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Kgfrozen soya chaap
  2. 1 Bowlcurd
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspGaram masala
  5. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. For gravy
  8. 2onions
  9. 3tomatoes
  10. 2-3 tspcashew paste
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. 2-3cloves
  13. 5-6black pepper
  14. 1black cardamom
  15. 1"dalchini stick
  16. 1 tspdegi mirch powder
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  19. 1 tspGaram masala
  20. 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  21. 2 tspcream
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. as neededOil/ butter

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut chap into round pieces.

  2. 2

    Curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt in a mixing bowl and mix it well

  3. 3

    Add chap pieces and mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 25 minutes shallow fry the chap and keep aside

  5. 5

    Heat oil /butter in a wok add whole garam masala till roast give a aroma in oil add onion paste and saute

  6. 6

    When onion change in colour add tomato puree and cashew paste and salt,saute till leave the oil

  7. 7

    Now add all spices and again saute for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Add cream and Little water and boiled for 10 minutes on low flame.

  9. 9

    Add fried chap and cook for 10 minutes.
