Clean and dice the potatoes into small pieces

Grind the khuskhus first dry into powder. Then add some water and green chilli and form an even paste

Heat some oil in a pan and add some ajmod and chilli
- 4
Once it crackles add the potatoes and saute till light golden
- 5
Add the pasted masala and add some salt and cook for 10 mins till potato is done
- 6
Remove and garnish with coriander and green chilli and serve with rice
