Mini breakfast muffins, only 3 ingredients & no flour!!

Cut the banana in small pieces and put them in a bowl, smash it with a spoon and add the egg, whisk together

In a small muffin pan, add 2-3 blueberries in each hole and put 2 spoons of the banana and egg mixture, add some smashed hazelnuts on top for extra flavour

Put them in the oven for approximately 10-12 mins, take them out and leave for 5 minutes to cool down. Enjoy your breakfast!
