Garlic rosemary red wine sauce

Steps

Mince the garlic and tomatoes, add to small sauce pan.

De-stem rosemary and finely chop. Add to sauce pan.

Add red wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to sauce pan.

Add salt and pepper

Bring to a boil, and then immediatly turn heat to low. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Let it cool down and serve as desired.
