Hungarian Goulash with Noodles

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbbeef, cut into cubes
  2. 4medium onions, minced/diced
  3. 1/2 teaspoondry mustard
  4. 3 teaspoonspaprika
  5. 4 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  6. 2 teaspoonssalt
  7. 6 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
  8. 2 teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
  9. 3/4 cupketchup
  10. 3 cupswater divided
  11. 6 tablespoonsflour
  12. 1 bagextra-wide egg noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Place meat and onions in a large crock-pot.

    In a bowl combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, and salt.

    Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup; add to mustard mixture; add to meat; add 2 cups of the water; stir; cover.

    Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 6 hours until meat is tender.

    Blend flour with the remaining cup of water; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened.

  6. 6

    Cook noodles until tender; drain.

  7. 7

    Serve meat mixture over noodles.

No, no, no. 😱😱 Not Hungarian I'm truly sorry. Hungarian goulash is a Soup with vegetables, made from a beef stew. No dried mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar added in Hungarian goulash soup!! I kindly ask you to remove the word Hungarian from your recipe!! Thank you for your understanding.
