1/4 cuppoppy seeds paste
3green chillies chopped
1/4 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Fry the lady's finger,till it is soft

Add salt and turmeric powder

Stir well adding poppy seeds paste and sugar

Remove and serve with plain rice or chapati
