Ingredients

  • 200 gcooked (or tinned) lentils
  • 1/3rd cucumber
  • 80 gfeta, crumbled
  • 6semi-dried tomatoes
  • 8baby plum tomatoes (halved)
  • 1-2 tablespoonssesame seeds (or pumpkin)
  • Handfulfresh mint (or basil or dill)
  • To taste
  • French dressing
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients

    Mix lentils, cucumber and mint. Season with dressing.
