Ingredients

  • 1 lbsItalian sausage
  • 1green pepper
  • 1onion
  • 2 cupscrushed tomatoes
  • 1 cupchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice onions & peppers

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock & crushed tomatoes to a pot and bring to a simmer

  3. 3

    Add onions, peppers & sausage, reduce to low heat

  4. 4

    Let simmer on low for 40 minutes.
