Ingredients

  1. Red poha
  2. Mix veggies
  3. Sprouts (roasted)
  4. Onions chopped
  5. Tomatoes chopped
  6. Green chillies chopped
  7. Kali sarso
  8. Mustard oil
  9. Hing
  10. Jeera
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Green coriander chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a deep kadahi.put mustard oil. When heated well add hing. Aftr 1 min add zeera and onions. Saute them. Now add tomatoes. When tomatoes becomes soft add chopped veggies. Saute well.cook for 10 min atleast. Add washed and soaked red poha. And at the end add roasted sprouts. Mix well. Put sm chopped hara dhania and lemon juice. Serve hot.
