Ingredients

1 cupsobo leaves
1pineapple peel
3dry Ginger
1 spoonfulcloves
to tasteSugar

Steps

Wash Sobo leaves

Peel pineapple use the peel only

Add all ingredients to a clean pot add water and put to boil

Boil for 30minutes and sieve

Allow to cool and add sugar to taste

Your classic sobo is ready to serve enjoy with ice block.

Especially on a sunny day.
