Steps

Put butter in a pot/sufuria, fry the garlic

Add the boiled, skinned pumpkin and stir to mix. Add a little milk

Remove from heat and blend until smooth

Return back to the pot and heat it again adding salt and black pepper to taste. Also add more milk or cream and let simmer on low heat for a few minutes

Serve with croutons or bread as appetizer
