Add two tablespoons of fresh fry oil, a pinch of salt and let it cook for one minute

Add two cups of plain water, cover and let it cook

In another pan, fry onions and garlic to golden brown and cook beef.

Add tomatoes and aready boiled minji. Add salt to taste.Cook for about 3 minutes.
