Clean your vegz and cut to desired shape.

Fry your onion, add garlic and let it cook for a while. Add your tomatoes and salt and let them cook.

Add in your Zuchinni, stir to avoid the tomatoe mixtrure to burn. Cover your pan to allow the zuchinni to cook for a minute or 2.

Add your green bell pepper and your spices. Let it cook for about a minute or less(I love my pepper crunchy and raw so I dont let it cook for long).

Serve while hot with any dish.
