Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 3potatoes boiled
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1/4 tspginger crushed
  4. 1green chillies
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 1/4 tspcumin seed
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. As neededoil
  11. To tastesalt and sugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and saute well adding salt and sugar mix well

  3. 3

    Add the masala paste(tomato,ginger green chilli)

  4. 4

    Saute till oil separates add milk and sugar mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it with puri
