Wash the lauki well. Peel and grate it. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add grated lauki sauté for 5 minutes or till the water evaporated.

Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.

Then add sugar and mix well. Cook till all water evaporated. Keep stirring till the mixture thicken.

Finally add chopped dry fruits, saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Transfer it to the serving bowl. Serve hot or chilled.
