Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2large eggs
  • To tastesalt
  • 3 slicessmall flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cuppickled jalapeño pepper slices
  • 1/3 cupsour cream
  • 2/3 cupsliced roastbeef see my recipe

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl beat the eggs.

    Fry them in a pan. Set aside.

    Roll the roastbeef up and slice the rolls into strips

    Add the eggs and strips to the tortillas.

    Add the jalapeño peppers.

    Top with sour cream. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!
