Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 150 gmlady's finger
  2. 2heaped tbsp gram flour
  3. 1 tspchat masala powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  5. 1 pinchbaking soda
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the lady's finger into thin strips

  2. 2

    Remove the seeds and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now mix all the ingredients except oil

  4. 4

    Add the lady's finger and coat

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry the fingers till it is crispy and crunchy

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice or as a tea time snacks
