150 gmlady's finger
2heaped tbsp gram flour
1 tspchat masala powder
1/2 tspred chilli Powder
1 pinchbaking soda
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Cut the lady's finger into thin strips

Remove the seeds and keep aside

Now mix all the ingredients except oil
4

Add the lady's finger and coat
5

Heat oil and fry the fingers till it is crispy and crunchy
6

Serve it with rice or as a tea time snacks
