1 cupcooked rice
Onion and garlic finely chopped
2 tspbutter
Salt and pepper
Pineapple chunks

Cut your pineapple into half and scoop out the flesh

In a pan,saute your onions and garlic...add your pineapple slices...add your rice,salt, pepper and mix everything well

Serve on the pineapple boat. Drizzle with some BBQ sauce
