  • Chicken thy (of whole chicken)
  • Mushroom(400gms)
  • 1onion
  • 3tspn cooking oil
  • Cooking cream
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • Coriander (for decoration)

Steps

  1. 1

    On pan heat oil, sear the chicken thy till brown.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and black pepper,stir about 2 mint

  3. 3

    Then add mushroom and salt,give it a time then add cooking cream

  4. 4

    Give it time to cook
