Steps
- 1
Boil your milk and let it coll preferably overnight
- 2
To make ground charcoal you need a candle bush but there are other acceptable plants that can be used.
- 3
Light the plant until its hot red then transfer it to sometging you can grind in (eg pestle and mortar) then let it cool for a while
- 4
Put your ground charcoal in a sieve and run the cold milk through so that only the fine particles mix with the milk
- 5
Pour the milk in a very clean and well dried container then keep it in a dark corner for three days (the place shouldn't be hot lest it ruins the milk, neither should it be cold or the milk won't be sour)
- 6
Shake welk before opening but be careful when opening because it could pop because it's sour. Enjoy
