Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

I realise that pumpkin may not be an obvious addition to a smoothie, but it is actually really good and tastes reminiscent of pumpkin pie. It’s also good for you and is full of beta-carotene! If you don’t eat dairy, you can use a coconut yoghurt like CoYo. This recipe is a good way to use up #Halloween eating pumpkins - but not the big tasteless stringy ones, just the small edible varieties!
