Heat a pan add oil,after it becomes hot,put mustard seeds in it

Let the mustard seeds splutter add the onions,green chilli,,fry for some time

Add ginger garlic paste fry for some mins

Add tomato,and the dry masala let well fry until the flavor comes.

Finally add water,salt,give a good boil.

See the gravy how thick is needed and off the heat

Sprinkle with some Coriander leaves on top

Egg roast is ready.
