Steps

Wash the raw cashew and remove it's skin properly. It's a bit lengthy process.

Heat the oil and add the cashews and fry it for 10 mins.

Add onions and ginger garlic chilli paste. Cook and cover for 5 minutes.

Add rest of the ingredients except water. Stir for few minutes until the moisture of onions are reduced.

Add water. Let it simmer. It's ready.
