In pan heat ghee add cashew and raisins fry it till light brown.after add little ghee fry rava.cook for 5 min in low flame.keep it aside.

In same pan add beetroot juice.let it allow for boil for 5 min.and then add little by little rava.stir it well.cook for 10 min.and then add milk.cook.in high flame.

After 5-10 min add cardamom powder,and little ghee.and then add fried cashew.stir it well.add little by little ghee.after add sugar.mix it well.cook well till it reaches thick consistency.finally add dry fruit powder.yummy sweety healthy beetroot rava Kesari is ready.
