  • 2 cupsPalmoil
  • Handfulleaves Scent
  • 1 kgFresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 kgSombo
  • Salt
  • 3Knorr seasoning
  • 2Onion
  • 2big cloves Ginger
  • 2 sachetsSpicy spices
  • Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the fresh tomatoes,ginger and sombo.

  2. 2

    Boil till is the water drys up.pour in vegetable oil and stir with a wooden spoon.stir very at intervals.

  3. 3

    After 10minutes,water is next let it not be much then boil for 15-20minutes.

  4. 4

    Add onion stir and allow for 5minutes with stirring then salt,curry,knorr seasoning,spicy spice,

  5. 5

    When the colour of the stew change to dark red cut in the scent leaves stir and palmoil or native stew is good
