Ingredients

  • 1 cupBrown chickpeas
  • Onion 4 medium size
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 4Green chilies
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Bay leaf 1
  • 2 inchCinnamon
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1 tbspChole masala
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as par taste
  • 1 tspDry coriander powder
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly chickpeas ko overnight soak kar le fir use pressure cook karein 5 whistle ane tak.

    Onion,green chillies ka fine paste bana le.

  3. 3

    Ab ek pan me oil heat karein usme mustard seeds,cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves,bay leaf,cinnamon add karein,ginger garlic paste add karein,1 min baad onion paste add karein ache se pakne de onion ache se Pak jae oil chodne lage tab sare dry masale add karein coriander leaves ko chod kar,ache se mix karein.

    Ab chole bhi add kar de or paani dale 1 -2 cup.

  5. 5

    Ab ache se medium flame par pakae 10 min.tak gravy thik hone lage tab gas off kar de or coriander leaves add karein.
