Ingredients

  1. 3 poundsshin of beef
  2. 3 quartscold water
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1small carrot
  5. 1small turnip
  6. 3cloves
  7. 2 sprigsparsley
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. 1 teaspoonpepper
  10. Onion seasoning
  11. Celery salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut meat in small pieces and have bones well broken

  2. 2

    Add cold water advisable to let stand for one hour before heating.

  3. 3

    Prepare vegetables add add with salt and let simmer for 6 or 7 hours.

  4. 4

    Skim thoroughly.
