Ingredients

1 kgpumpkin washed and chopped
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1 bowltomato puree
1 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspdry coriander seeds
1 tspcoriander powder
2 tbspsugar or required
As neededoil for fry

Steps

1

Take a deep fry pan and fry the pumpkin.

Now take a another pan heat the oil.
3

Add cumin and coriander seeds and soute it. And add tomato puree and soute it for 3-4 minutes.

Now add pumpkin and sugar, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook it.
