Steps

Clean spinach leaves & blanch them & make a nice puree in the mixture jar, while blending the spinach add the green chillies as well.

In a kadai take 2tbsp ghee, add cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cloves & black pepper cons & cook for a minute, then add onions & cook for 10min, then add garlic cloves & ginger piece & again cook for 8-10min till onions become a little brown, then switch off the gas & let the mixture cool.

Remove the bay leaf & blend the onion mixture into a fine paste.

In the same kadai transfer the blended onion mix & cook for a minute, then add pureed spinach 1 pinch of sugar & cook well for 3-5min.

Add water to get the required consistency, then add a pinch of garam masala, cubes of fresh malai paneer &mix well, cook for 2min & switch off the gas

Transfer it into a serving bowl & garnish with fresh cream & serve with chapattis or naan.
