Ingredients

  • A fewpieces brocolli
  • cauliflower a few cuttings
  • 2carrot
  • 1 cupstock
  • canned mushroom 4_5
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • 1onion
  • oil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan let it heat then add onions and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add the mushrooms sliced until they start to brown.

  3. 3

    Add the cauliflower,brocolli,cubed carrots and salt, give a good stir.

  4. 4

    Add the stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve n Enjoy your meal. garnish with corriander.
