Ingredients

20-30min

2 servings

1 cupboiled rice
1/2 cupGreen peas
1/2 cupdiced carrots
1onion medium size diced
1tbsTomato puree
2 tbsoil
1/2 tspsalt
Pinchblack pepper powder

Steps

20-30min

Blanch the peas and carrots for10min.

Fry onion in oil until they are soft on high heat.

Add tomato puree stir, add drained carrots and peas Stir. add boiled rice, salt and black pepper mix well.

Serve hot. Garnish with chopped chilly
