Heat you pork on a sufuria for some time then add your crushed ginger and garlic and let it cook for 10 minutes.

When your pork is well cooked add your onions let it cook until soft and add your tomatoes let them cook for sometime.

Add your salt and chilli powder, mix well into the pork, after mixing add your spinach cook until crunchy, then serve and enjoy with ugali or any preferred side dish of your choice.
