Peel and chop white pumpkin. Pressure cook in 1/8 cup of water & salt..for 4 whistles.

Grind grated coconut, onion pieces and cummin seeds, with water to smooth paste.

Open the cooker.crush slighty cooked pumpkin pieces add grounded paste,add curd mix & simmer on slow flame for 2-3 mins.

In small tempering kadhai add/ heat oil,add mustard- cumin seeds..splutter them,add turmeric powder red chilli pieces, green chillies pieces, curry leaves..saute for 1 min..add to prepared pumpkin curry..add salt to taste..simmer for 2 mins.

Serve/ relish hot White Pumpkin Curry.
