Bengali Style Kucho Nimki is a diamond shaped fried salty savouries which is obvious in time of Durga Puja.It serves best with sweets and cardamom tea in the time of dussehra, after immersion of Goddess Durga in holy river. This Nimkis are very easy to make but it is very tasty.

In a bowl, add flour, salt, nigella and oil.Now start mixing it. After 5 minutes and water and make a medium dough not very soft or hard.

Cover it up and rest it for 20 minutes.

Make small balls out of the dough.

With the help of a rolling pin, flatten it in medium thickens. With a knife cut the flattened dough in a diamond shaped.

Collect these diamond shaped pieces in a plate.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and then simmer the heat once oil is hot.

Fry nimkis on low heat to make it crunchy. Drain each batch on a paper towel before cooling them fully.

Bengali Style Kucho Nimki is ready to serve.

Serve along with sweets and cardamom tea.
