Ingredients

30 Min
  1. 200 gGrated Paneer
  2. 1/2 CupCondensed Milk
  3. 2-3 dropsKewra Water/Cardamom Powder
  4. 1 tbspPistachios
  5. Pinchsaffron soaked in a warm water (optional)

  1. 1

    Take a paneer in a plate and mash it with the palm of hand till smooth & creamy or blend in a grinding jar also.

  2. 2

    Now put a pan over low flame, add paneer and condensed milk and cook till the mixture thickens stirring constantly.

  3. 3

    Once the mixture become thick, remove form the heat and add kewra water or cardamon powder mix well.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl and set aside to cool.

  5. 5

    Make small ladoos with the mixture and Garnish with sliced pistachios and sprinkle saffron on each ladoos and serve.

  6. 6

    Enjoy these yummy Malai Ladoos.
