Steps

Firstly soak sabudana at least 3-4 hour in 2 cup water. After that soak remove water.

Further boiled 4 cup water into a large pan and add salt, cumin seeds and shocked sabudana, boil until it's sabudana become transparent.

Now keep a side this for cool down.

After cool down spread papad into a greased paper or butter paper.

Sun dry them for day. Now ready sabudana papad ready to store.

Further heat into a kadahi and deep frying sabudana papad and enjoy papad during fasting.
