Paneer gulab jalebi

In a blender add the crumbled paneer,wheat flour, corn flour and orange food colour.

Add 2 tsp water and blend again into a smooth consistency.

Heat oil in a kadai for frying the jalebi.

On the other hand start making sugar syrup by adding equal quantities of sugar and water.

Add cardamom (whole or powder) for the flavour.

Now fill the paneer mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle.

Start making mini rose shaped jalebi in the hot oil.

Let the flame be low.

Fry until golden from both the sides.

Check the syrup meanwhile, if single string sugar syrup is ready switch off the gas.

Add the fried jalebi in the syrup.

Keep them in the syrup for about half an hour.

Sprinkle chopped cashews on top and serve the paneer gulab jalebi.
