Shahi Raajbhog Rabdi is a traditional sweet to celebrate the Holy Dushhera.
Steps

In a pan add milk. Boil until thick. Add mango puree and sugar if required. Add chopped nuts and cool it.

In a pan add milk. Boil it. Once starts boiling add lemon juice. Cuddle it and drain remaining water. Paneer is ready. Rinse it with water. Tie it in muslin cloth until all water is drained.

With palm mix the Paneer until soft. Add corn flour and cardamom powder. Make equal parts of it. Make small peda, stuff it with dry fruits.

In a pan add 1 cup sugar or as per sweetness required. Add 2 glass of water. Boil it nicely. Add saffron water and little pinch of turmeric. (you can add colour but i don't prefer hence pinch of turmeric). Add Raajbhog peda to it. Cook it until double in size. Cool it.

In a serving dish add Raajbhog. Pour Shahi Rabdi on it. Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve chilled Shahi Raajbhog Rabdi.
